Due to the nature of our marketplace, delivery times may vary due to COVID-19 measure being taken by each brand to stay safe. We strive for regular dispatch times and will update this page regularly with any major updates.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders will be shipped directly by each brand ordered from.
• You will be charged a flat delivery cost for your order. Shipping costs may vary based on brand location and parcel weight - see below for further details
• Duties and taxes are included for domestic orders (orders from brands based in your country). For orders from international brands, there may be additional duties and taxes payable upon receipt
• Standard delivery time is 2-14 working days after dispatch depending on brand and customer location. Some made-to-order items take up to 21 days for dispatch which is indicated on the product's page.
• You will receive an order confirmation email and be provided with tracking number once order is dispatched.
• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. See returns for further details.
